Retail Customers 

What are your Shipping Rates?
      Shipping and FREIGHT POLICY - Free shipping for case purchases: Buy by the case and save!  Shipping is charged to the customer on all orders less than a case. 

How do I go about returning products?
     FOR ONLINE ORDERS: RETURNS from US mainland: - If you would like to return a product for any reason, we will accept returns of UNOPENED packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue you a credit for the sale price of the product(s). You are responsible for the actual shipping charges associated with delivering and returning the packages, even if shipping was initially free. If the return is due to our error, you willnot be responsible for any shipping costs. We cannot accept returns of OPENED product, unless we sent you the wrong merchandise or there is a defect in the product. If it is a defective product, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the sale date and we will issue you a full credit.  Getting an Authorization to Return Items Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service center at 1-800-889-6697 or send an email through our Contact Us page or to CustomerService@toddlerhealth.net. We will issue a Return Authorization Code that you must receive prior to shipping the product back. You must include the Return Authorization Code, your name, address, phone number and order number in or on the return package. Once the merchandise is received, an e-mail will be sent and a credit will be applied to your account.

Packing and Sending A Return
     Returns  can be shipped using any carrier that is convenient for you. Please  package the merchandise so that it will not be damaged when in transit.  When addressing the package, include the Order Number and Return  Authorization Code given to you by our customer service department on  the address label.


     If we sent you the wrong product(s) or there was a defect, we will send a  UPS carrier with a prepaid label to your home within a few business  days to pick up the shipment and return it to our warehouse.  You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been received and processed.
What is your Exchange Policy?

     A product can be exchanged only if it is UNOPENED and the freight charges are the responsibility of the consumer or retailer.
   

RETURN POLICY – INTERNATIONAL SALES As  per U.S.

     Homeland Security policies, shipments crossing the U.S. border  cannot be returned to Simply Toddler LLC. For this reason, all sales  of
products delivered to customers living internationally are final.      
  

Retailers/Distributors 

All sales are final. The company will accept return of goods ONLY with  authorization from the company official. Once the product is sold, it  is the responsibility of the retailer to move the product off the shelf  with the support of Simply Toddler LLC in programs such as demo’s and  Instant Rebate coupons.

 

Resellers - Retailers
     Is there a minimum order where you will cover shipping rates?

   

For Retailers  Simply Toddler LLC will pay freight for a minimum order of $500.00 for first time Retail Account orders.  For subsequent orders, freight will only be paid for any order no less than 2 cases.
