What is your shipping policy?

For: Retail / Direct Sale Customers - Online

How are your Shipping Rates Determined? 
      Shipping and FREIGHT POLICY – Shipping is calculated automatically by weight.  Free shipping for 4 case purchases: Buy by the case and save!  Shipping is charged to the customer on all orders less than 4 cases, unless we are running a Promotion.

How do I go about returning products? 
      If you bought the product from a Store, you must return it to the store where you purchased it. 

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY:

For ONLINE ORDERS: RETURNS from US mainland: - If you would like to return a product for any reason, we will accept returns of UNOPENED packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue you a credit for the sale price of the product(s). You are responsible for the actual shipping charges associated with delivering and returning the packages, even if shipping was initially free. If the return is due to our error, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs. We cannot accept returns of OPENED product, unless we sent you the wrong merchandise or there is a defect in the product. If it is a defective product, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the sale date and we will issue you a full credit.  Getting an Authorization to Return Items Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service center at one of the following options:

We will issue a Return Authorization Code that you must receive prior to shipping the product back if the return is approved. You must include the Return Authorization Code, your name, address, phone number and order number in or on the return package. Once the merchandise is received, an e-mail will be sent and a credit will be applied to your account.  If you ship back product without an RAC, your refund will not be issued.

  Packing and Sending A Return
     Returns can be shipped using any carrier that is convenient for you. Please package the merchandise so that it will not be damaged when in transit.  When addressing the package, include the Order Number and Return Authorization Code given to you by our customer service department on  the address label. 

     If we sent you the wrong product(s) or there was a defect, we will send a UPS prepaid label to you via email to print at home within a few business days.  You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been received and processed. 

What is your Exchange Policy?

     A product can be exchanged only if it is UNOPENED and the freight charges are the responsibility of the consumer or retailer. 

RETURN POLICY – International Sales as per U.S. Homeland Security

     Homeland Security policies, shipments crossing the U.S. border  cannot be returned to Simply Toddler LLC. For this reason, all sales of products delivered to customers at an international destination are final.       

Are your products gluten free?

All Toddler Health products are USDA Organic, Vegan, Gluten free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, High Fructose Corn syrup free, Refined Sugar free.

Are there preservatives or artificial colors or flavors in your product?

In order to be USDA Organic Certified, there cannot be any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives in a product. We are so proud that Toddler Health products are USDA Organic Certified.

Are your products Kosher?

Toddler Health ingredients are kosher however we have not been certified by a Kosher certification agency at this time.

How do I order wholesale?

To become a distributor of Toddler Health products, please email us at sales@toddlerhealth.net. You must have a resale number in order to qualify as a Wholesaler.

Can I give my infant Toddler Health Nutritional Drink Mix?

For children younger than 13 months, you must consult with your pediatrician or Health care practicioner.

Why is the jar not completely full?

Toddler Health is sold by weight, not by volume. You will get 20 servings per jar. A scoop is provided for the adequate amount per 4 oz serving.

How should I mix the powder?

For best results, place some of your child’s favorite milk in a sippy cup, add the powder, shake vigorously until the powder goes into solution, add the remaining milk and shake again. Toddler Health is best served cold.

Are your products Doctor Recommended?

You used to have 4 different flavors. Now there is only Vanilla - How come?

Because the USDA Organic Certification is such a long and ardeous task, we concentrated on launching our most popular flavor first. Please check back and subscribe for our newsletter for announcements of the launch of the next flavor, Chocolate!
